This program is designed to support newly hired Network Production Engineers at Meta by exposing you  to our systems and tools via real-life work in the Production environment. You will receive formal onboarding, cross-team training, and mentorship from experienced engineers at Meta. I went to these links and I am very confuse because I am not sure where I fit in all these. I am a veteran and I do have some network and systems experience, plus a masters degree but most of these job are either too junior or the opposite too much experience.

Amazing initiative a great way for new engineers to gain hands on experience with real production systems!
