I’m excited, too, mainly because the day Meta builds a working support system is the day I'll be happy. My Facebook and Instagram were both disabled earlier this year, for no reason, no warning, and no human appeal. If Meta can process billions of AI images and users a day, surely it can manage a basic customer service team. Hi Meta, I am requesting assistance regarding an account that was wrongly accused of violating your community guidelines. I have since lost my Instagram and Facebook which is now directly affecting a business due to managing their marketing via Meta Business Suite. The account that has been wrongfully banned is @dakotaabonney as well as the my place of employments account @laurietonservicesclub.
