Thanks The New York Times for spotlighting how NotCo’s AI is putting Chile on the good side of the global AI story.
“NotCo uses an A.I.-powered engine trained on molecular data to re-engineer formulations from some of the world’s biggest food brands.” - The New York Times Yes. Sounds Surreal 🦾. But also that was the premise almost 10 years ago when we started, a 19th of Nov, 2015. Here’s the truth: it wasn’t magic, not at all: it was years of messy data, strategy resets, broken models, friction everywhere. And sure, being a “poster child” is cool. Building real stuff is even cooler. Our formula though? Patience, thrive and insane determination. Chile can play offense in A.I. if we measure, publish, and deliver real wins. Not sure? We’ll go first. Congrats NotCo team!
