How Do You Do Continuing Education?

How do you continue to grow in your chosen field?  As a recruiter I have found it necessary to continually expand my industry knowledge.  The most recent example was attending the Top Echelon conference in Chicago.  This was a great opportunity to sit in on sessions led by Barb Bruno, one of the top trainers in the industry. It was also a chance to sit down with top recruiters from across the country and talk about the industry, trends, tools, and best practices.
