Doc: Use \value command for documenting flags for QML properties
Replace the table structure with \value commands for documenting
acceptable values for Dialog::standardButtons and
MessageDialog::standardButtons properties, and remove the
unnecessary \enum definitions.
Task-number: QTBUG-35019
