Description of changes:
Pulled in the recent tagged release of aws-lambda-cpp and removed patch files that were up-steamed in the past to aws-lambda-cpp.
Also updates the scripts around updating dependencies, as some of the assumptions about the github URLs and path directory naming after expansion appear to have rotted.
