[Bug]: Moving Apps to Folder doesn't show any Folder in the dropdown list

Current Behavior

While moving Apps to a Folder, the pop up doesn't show the Folders list in the dropdown :

Expected Behavior

Dropdown should show the list of the Folders where Apps can moved to.

This issue has been fixed and verified on Dev. It will go live in V2.7.4 Release.
