Use of undefined constant CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT_MS - assumed 'CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT_MS'

I get this error when I run codeception framework test. It looks like it uses php-webdriver

This is the curl version i am using:

CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT_MS is added in cURL 7.16.2 and it is available since PHP 5.2.3.

What is the version of PHP you were using?
