I've researched fails while code coverage and got some information.

I found four bugs: one, two, three and four

It fails because we have an inlined anonymous class and others.

Without such a minimal, self-contained, reproducing test case I will not be able to investigate this issue.

I am also confused by the fact that you write you use PHPUnit 9.2 and then provide a patch for the unreleased PHPUnit 9.3.
