    So excited to share with you where we are in our AI vision for hospitality, which we have been building to for the last few years! https://lnkd.in/eP-VHtCp As many know, our guiding vision is to make the world a more hospitable place, and make our industry known as a growth industry. One of the ways to achieve that is by letting technology handle admin and workflows, so that there’s more space and more choice for the human at the heart of the experiences. Put simply: less screen time, more face time = more profit and greater ancillary revenue. We believe that we will also move away from meaningless statements in AI strategies talking about endpoints and percentages, but real, verifiable results driven by discreet strategies across Rooms, Guests and Staff. The true effect is that we will see a graduation of the PMS from management layer, to the orchestration layer, and finally able to become the Profit Management System that hospitality professionals of all stripes have been crying out for.
