I am plotting values over the time (i.e. hourly)

and I want to plot the column val as following

However I would like the xlabel between 08:00:00 to 16:00:00 hour by hour, so: 08:00:00, 09:00:00, 10:00:00,....,16:00:00.


ax.xaxis.set_major_locator( HourLocator() ). Also make your data copy/paste (raw) friendly to test it.
