Using System.Data.SqlClient under Linux-coreclr-rc1

I have a small sample project (https://github.com/Agitto/SqlClientProblem). It's works well on Windows (dnx-coreclr-win-x64.1.0.0-rc1-15838 run-time). But if i run it on Ubuntu (dnx-coreclr-linux-x64.1.0.0-rc1-15838) it falls with exception below. There could be the problem ?
