Calling kind of $location.search('foo', [1,2]) results in a query like "/path/d/#/?foo=1,2"
which is undesirable. This commit enhance $location to build url like "/path/d/#/?foo=1&foo=2".
At the same time calling $location.search() will give {foo: [1,2]}.
