Once again, Hemp is under threat at the federal level. It is astoundingly shortsighted to think prohibition is the answer. The greatest irony is that we share 85% of the same concerns as those who want to ban us. We are one of the only categories promoting self-regulation for a safer market. The current ban perpetuates outdated stigmas and policy confusion, blocking farmers, entrepreneurs, and consumers from participating safely and legally in a proven, low-risk agricultural industry.
