However, the HDL Coder documentation comes with a tutorial for using our workflows with Zybo boards, which includes a reference design and a link to a Linux image. We provide this tutorial as an example of how to define and register a custom board and reference design for the Zynq workflow.
Depending on which Zybo board you are using, note the following:
- In R2021b and earlier, our tutorial is designed to work with the original Zybo board: https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2021b/hdlcoder/ug/define-and-register-custom-board-and-reference-design-for-zynq-workflow.html
- In R2022a, our tutorial was updated to work with the newer Zybo Z7-10 board: https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2022a/hdlcoder/ug/define-and-register-custom-board-and-reference-design-for-zynq-workflow.html
- For using the Zybo Z7-20 board, you will have to create your own reference design and Linux image. You can use the updated tutorial as a reference.
