windows 10 change password issue: "network address is invalid"

Issue

You are trying to change password from your remote PC, connected work domain. Ctrl+Alt+Delete, Change Password, gives error "network address is invalid"

You can change online password at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ but your local PC password is still old one.

Solution

Connect to work VPN and it asks to lock & relogin in your local PC. (with new password that you updated at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ )
