How to encrypt Connectionstring written in web.config from codebehind?

Question

I need to encrypt connectionstring and some appsettings keys value in web.config from code behind.

Please help.

    {
        Configuration config =
            WebConfigurationManager.
                OpenWebConfiguration(Request.ApplicationPath);

        ConfigurationSection section =
