Error accessing database from MVC 4 application

Question

I created a MVC 4 web application in Visual Studio 2013. My application uses EF 5 to access a SQLServer 2005 database. On my local Windows 7 machine it works fine. Locally the version of .NET is 4.0.30319.18408. When I deploy it to my server (Windows Server 2003, IIS 6) The application works except when I browse to a page that accesses the database. The server version of .NET is 4.0.30319.1022.

When the application attempts to access the database I get this error:

Any ideas?

add connection string in web.config file its not therer
