It would be great help if someone could suggest some work around. I do not want to try this with cursor.execute()
flavor='mysql'toto_sql(the default is 'sqlite' as you can see in the error traceback), but it is deprecated). Can you try make a SQLAlchemy engine and pass this toto_sqlinstead ofcon? See pandas.pydata.org/pandas-docs/stable/io.html#io-sqlto_sql, but no luck...
