Error when trying to load MNIST data with Tensorflow

Question

The title pretty much says it all. I am following this guide: https://towardsdatascience.com/image-classification-in-10-minutes-with-mnist-dataset-54c35b77a38d to try and learn tensor flow. My code gives me an error after just these two lines:
