Is it possible to use the new Copilot plugin from GitHub in Android Studio? I see they advertise it for Visual Code, but I am working in Android Studio and I would like to test it.

Copilot comes up in the Marketplace search now under File → Settings → Plugins and no longer needs to be manually installed. I confirmed that it has the latest version.

Verified for Mac OS Sonoma(14.7) & Android Studio Koala: 1. Goto Android Studio --> Settings --> Plugins 2. Search for Copilot. 3. Install GitHub Copilot from results list 4. Android Studio prompts to sign into GitHub account. Use a GitHub account for which copilot feature is enabled.
@Rishi you forgot to mention but at last it requires you to restart Android studio.
In the absence of any other information, a picture alone is not an answer to a question.
@miken32: It’d certainly be much improved with an accompanying description, but as it stands it is still an answer to the question.
You're assuming everyone is able to see the picture... See meta.stackoverflow.com/a/285557
@miken32: Yes. If this were code, I definitely would have flagged it, and voted to delete it, as instructed by that post. I do that regularly. But this is a screenshot of the GUI, and a useful demonstration of what to do—though acknowledging the valid accessibility issues.
