When I want to run the application this error appears Even if it's a basic project for flutter

I updated the flutter to the latest version and did the flutter doctor, but there are no problems

Based on discussion you need to replacesrethrow to rethrow in image_provider.dart. You can find it on Flutter/Sdk/flutter/packages/flutter/lib/src/painting/image_provider.dart . I've checked in my computer and I found rethrow, not srethrow.
